The T6 was actually the brainchild of a Volvo employee named Leif Tufvesson, who built his ideal hot-rod over several years from OEM Volvo parts. You’ll have heard of the gorgeous P1800 Leif Tufvesson was Chief Technical Officer at the Swedish supercar brand Koenigsegg before starting his own company Caresto, which has been the birthplace of some of the most outstanding special cars in the world, including a Batmobile replica and a Volvo P1800 with an electric powertrain. As the technical brains behind the highly sought after Koenigseggs and now as the CEO of his own coachbuilding company, Caresto, Tufvesson has built an eclectic garage of highly valuable one-off cars ranging from a Batmobile replica to an all-electric version of the Volvo P1800.
