If the kambi player wants to keep card advantage, and they usually do, they need either bears or weather to trigger kambi. If you make sure to get rid of the bears and weather, kambi posters will have a bad time. You should also ping the cow as soon at some point before the last rounds.
To the amateur Gwent player, this card seems like it's terrible. Zero attack power and no extra bonus? But, that's the beauty of Kambi. It's not just a simple waste of a play. Rather, it hides something a little extra up its sleeve. This card, when removed from the field, will summon a powerful entity.

As i read everyone say how bad Kambi is, got pumped up, went into gwent & won 3 ranked games :D. I achieved 2800 mmr using a Kambi deck, I don't think i can go any further thought, at this point the number of radovid decks makes it impossible to progress. I wouldn't mind if they buffed kambi to 10 strength. I've been playing a Kambi deck for about a month now and I can tell you it's the most fun deck I played in gwent. I have about 60% winrate in ranked (2k+ mmr). The biggest strength about this deck is that nobody really expects it, almost every time I play Kambi you can just see the opponent spending 30 seconds to read the card's description.
